Reunion Neuehouse Hollywood

In the iconic building on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles, designed by William Lescaze and president of CBS William Paley is a landmark of corporate modern architecture. The second floor has been reimagined into an oasis for the CultureWorks brand Reunion Restaurant. Reunion’s sister on Market Street in Venice California plays to the energy of the beach while Reunion Hollywood brings Europe’s Garden (Italy) to the heart of Hollywood. The expansive terrace is a respite, filled with bristling rosemary and greenery. The mood of the area still pulls from the blues of Reunion Venice, with a grounding in the yellows of Reunion. Rich mustard glazes achieved on the pottery, yellow bands light up the tables on the 100% linen napkins, with the signature tech fabric menus, painted rim plates with decal and screen printed lampshades anchoring throughout. A challenge in brand building, through lines and a sense of place even in an oasis.
