Formerly an SRO, GFI Capital (prior to spinning off into GFI and Sydell Group) worked to create a space of connection. One of Roman and William’s first major projects, the living room of the lobby connected the businesses within the ACE. The Breslin, Stumptown Coffee, Opening Ceremony, Lobby Bar and more.
